Feel Nomad Yurt Camp sits directly on the beach of Issyk-Kul Lake with views of the snow-capped Tien Shan peaks. Access requires a 45-minute drive through the Ak-Say Canyon from the main road. This remote beachfront location offers hiking trails to canyon viewpoints and lakeside walks.

Yurt Accommodations

The camp offers handmade traditional Kyrgyz yurts with thick wool blankets and coal stoves for heating. Each quadruple room yurt accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with in-room power outlets. The yurts are spread out along the shoreline providing a sense of privacy between units.

Facilities & Services

The camp maintains shared bathroom facilities with hot water available from 8 to 10 pm each evening. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ facilities for self-catering. A paid airport shuttle and local transfer service is available to arrange transport from Bishkek.

Dining & Meals

Feel Nomad serves an exceptional breakfast included with the stay featuring pancakes, cheese, and fresh fruits. Lunch and dinner are available for purchase at set times with guests seated together at communal tables. The menu includes continental, halal, and Asian breakfast options as well as home-cooked Kyrgyz dinners.

Activities & Entertainment

The camp organizes horse riding excursions through the canyon and along the lakeshore. Guests can book eagle hunting demonstrations with local handlers. Additional activities include canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, archery, live music performances, and walking tours of the surrounding canyon.
